Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will make it right.

To request support:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Include your order number

  3. Provide clear photos showing the issue

Once approved, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.
